I am starting off with simple workshops (1-3 hour) where we’ll assemble & decorate automata from pre-made kits that I’ve designed. My first workshop is limited to 6 people and is a special introductory price because I need testers for my new kits.

I wrote an article for Automata Magazine titled “Challenge Accepted” about my struggles with the fear of failure and how I am using an art challenge to help myself overcome that fear. The article made the cover of the May-June issue of the magazine and has encouraged me to write a bit more often about my journey.

I am just getting started, so for the moment I am updating when I have time and feel like I have something to share that might be helpful or interesting to everyone. I also publish a newsletter, so if you want to follow along on this journey, subscribe and follow along.

I help other artists with design struggles and work with them to help understand the basic mechanics of automata. I love collaborations and feel that working together benefits everyone in the maker space.
