It all started with a mouse…

My passion. Designing and building automata as a way of telling a story, educating or conveying an emotion is what gets me out of bed every morning. My long term goal is to build larger (wall and bookcase style) installations.

I’m just getting started. I am currently working on a 26 piece series about a robot trying to find enlightenment as part of a challenge called the Alphabet Superset.

A computer geek turned artist & designer. I work full time at my shop/studio in Eugene Oregon (it’s a tiny storage unit with one outlet in reality, but studio sounds way cooler). I love the outdoors and work to put a dash of self-discovery into everything I create.

I see my future in a Geppetto style curiosity shop surrounded by wooden gear powered gizmos, gadgets, whirligigs & other magical wonders.

I help other artists with design struggles and provide basic CAD/CAM and CNC router services for those that either can’t afford the equipment or don’t have the technical knowledge to meet their design aspirations. I love collaborations and feel that working together benefits everyone.
