My refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
The following are non-returnable items:
- Custom orders
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase. The email confirmation you received when you ordered is fine.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days. It may take longer for the credit to appear on your account depending on your bank or creditor’s policies.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale and clearance items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live and if the item is currently in stock it may take up to 2 weeks for new items to be shipped out to you.
If you are returning more expensive items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
